We've heard that worry adds nothing to the situation, but it honestly does.

It adds stress, anxiety, and fear, to name a few.

The best thing you could ever do in tough times is to inventory the situation and look for a place to take action.

The bottom line is – worry NEVER works. However, WORK does.
